In this intensive and fun loving 8 week arm balance program you will be trained by your small group Controlled Strength™ certified coach face to face - who will help you slay your own arm balancing goals.
Renowned for arm balance programs that are carefully designed for everyone our signature program is perfect for first timers, beginners, all body structures, all ages (18+) and seasoned practitioners who want small group coaching face to face.
As a practitioner you will train in a small group and 1 On 1 settings being supported every step of the way to rapid arm balancing steadiness - safely and with confidence!
What Will You Learn?

learn arm balancing skills and body awareness
train using exercises to prepare for your arm balance goals
learn more complex variations and transitions if you are a seasoned practitioner
improve your balance and achieve longer holds in wall free arm balances (including handstand)
